故事由阿積（赫密殊柏特爾）這位居於英國海邊小鎮的唱作人說起：即使有青梅竹馬好友艾莉（莉莉詹絲）一直打氣力撐，阿積依然浮沉樂壇，星夢漸遠… 點知，在全球神秘停電夜，阿積遇上交通意外被巴士撞傷昏迷，醒來後發現世界上少了一樣東西 — 傳奇樂隊「披頭四（The Beatles）」，他們從此「被消失」了，除了阿積，無人知道他們存在過！識唱識彈披頭四所有金曲，加上金牌經理人迪比娜（姬蒂麥潔諾）的催谷，阿積憑著唱「口水歌」一炮而紅，人氣直迫英國著名歌手Ed Sheeran！不過，名利令阿積和他當年唯一知音艾莉距離漸遠，他決定尋回「昨日」，真愛不容有失！
