U.S. Girls is the recording moniker of American-Canadian musicianMeghan Remy.[2] Formed in the United States in 2007 as a noise-popproject, Remy later moved the band to Toronto after marryingCanadian musician Max "Slim Twig" Turnbull.

She released music on a variety of independent labels in both theUnited States and Canada before signing to 4AD in 2015. In November2017, 4AD announced the upcoming release of Remy's sixth studioalbum, In a Poem Unlimited.
